Every vessel price on this page is per hour for the whole boat, not per head. Read this once and the ten cards below make sense.
The Brief And The Proposal
Send the headcount, the date, the hours and what the day has to achieve. You get back the vessels that genuinely fit, what each costs per hour and the catering options, written up so it can go straight in front of a budget holder.
Pre-Boarding And Set Up
On the vessels that list pre-access you board before your people do. That is when the catering is laid out, the name badges go on the table and any screen or PA is set and tested, so nobody is chasing a cable in front of a client.
The Working Half, Then The Rest
Most corporate charters front-load the formal part: the briefing, the awards, the client presentation, done early while everyone is fresh. Then the boat runs the landmarks and the day turns into lunch and conversation.
Alongside, And The Invoice
You come alongside at the time on the runsheet, because a work function has an afternoon to get back to. Afterwards there is one tax invoice covering the charter, the catering and the coach transfer, with your PO number on it.
You charter the whole vessel, by the hour. The rate on each card below buys that boat, its skipper and its crew for one hour, except that on Royale, Regal II and MV Maddison the owner's crew or staff fee is its own line on your proposal. Your company has the vessel to itself. There is no shared cruise, no seat allocation and nobody else's function on the other deck, which matters considerably more when clients are aboard than it does on any other kind of booking.
Weekdays are the quiet end of this fleet. Saturdays between October and March go first across every vessel, so a midweek corporate charter is both easier to secure and easier to plan around. A Tuesday lunch on the water is genuinely available at short notice in a way a Saturday is not.
Minimum charter length varies by vessel and by date. Most corporate bookings sit between three and four hours, which is long enough for the formal part, the landmarks and a proper lunch without eating the whole working day. Every from-price on this page is a starting point and the exact figure is confirmed on your proposal.

Every vessel from-price on this page is per hour for the whole boat, not per head. We do not publish a per-guest figure for the vessels because it depends entirely on your group size and how many hours you book, and quoting one would mean inventing a number we have not agreed to honour. The one genuine exception is the Team Building Regatta further down, which is priced per person and says so on its own band. Minimum charter length varies by vessel and by date. Mayfair, The Client Day
A 43ft power boat for up to 25 guests, with a large comfortable saloon, a spacious aft deck and a forward sundeck lounge. The one for a leadership group, a board lunch or six clients you actually want to talk to. For up to 30, MV Maddison, a 62ft luxury motor cruiser with a licensed bar, starts from $750 per hour.

Ghost 2 is published for 110 guests, with a jacuzzi, a full bar and panoramic views from every deck. Barefoot Spirit takes up to 200 across three covered decks, from $900 per hour on weekdays, and Royale, a heritage timber ferry, takes 160 on charter, from $700 per hour between April and September. Barefoot Blue (from $750 per hour on weekdays) and Regal II (from $600 per hour between April and September) fill the gap at 70 guests. For 120 guests or more, Magistic Two takes up to 340 at dinner and Clearview up to 400 at lunch, both fully catered, from $1,500 per hour from January to October.

The commercial side
What finance will ask you for
- A proper tax invoice from Urban Legends Tour Co, ABN 24 609 012 964, with GST shown separately.
- Your PO number on the invoice, and on the proposal beforehand, if that is how your purchasing works.
- One invoice for the whole day, covering the charter, the catering and the coach transfer rather than three separate suppliers.
- Payment terms agreed in writing before the date, including a deposit to hold the vessel and the balance timing.
- A certificate of currency on request, for your own risk or venue paperwork.

Pre-boarding and loading is available on the vessels that list it, and we confirm it for your boat and your date on your proposal. Catering, drinks and presentation gear are quoted with the charter rather than assumed, because availability varies by vessel: each one carries its own equipment. Payment terms, the deposit and the balance date are set out in writing on your proposal before anything is committed, and a certificate of currency is available on request.
Team building on Sydney Harbour: the regatta.
Your team is split across several yachts and raced to a finish line. Every yacht has an experienced skipper aboard, so nobody needs to have sailed before. The crew work the boat themselves, which is the whole idea: a yacht will not move properly unless people talk to each other, and it tells you within about four minutes who on your team actually does.

Corporate yacht events, corporate boat hire and a corporate yacht charter are the same booking. Whichever way you searched for it, you are doing one thing: taking a whole vessel privately, by the hour, with the skipper and the crew already aboard, and putting your people on it.
There is no version of this where somebody is handed the keys. Every vessel here comes with its skipper, so nobody from your company is responsible for the boat, which is usually the first question a risk team asks and the last one anybody thinks to answer.
The six events this fleet actually gets booked for
Client entertainment. A small group, a good lunch and four hours where a client is not looking at their phone. Mayfair, from $550 per hour for the whole vessel, is the usual answer: around $2,200 for a four-hour lunch before food and drinks, and small enough that one conversation holds the whole deck. For up to 30, MV Maddison, a 62ft luxury motor cruiser with a licensed bar, starts from $750 per hour Monday to Thursday from May to October.
Team building and staff days. Either the regatta, where the team is split across yachts and raced, or the catamaran if the day is meant to be a reward rather than a challenge.
Conference days out. The half-day that gets bolted onto a two-day conference, usually the afternoon of day one. The Tiger 3 catamaran takes this one, for up to 43 guests, because a session can finish in the undercover entertaining area while lunch is laid out on the open deck.
Launches and client events. Ghost 2, published for 110 guests, for the ones where the venue is doing part of the persuading and the whole invitation list has to fit on one deck.
Whole-company functions. Barefoot Blue for up to 70, with an indoor lounge cabin and three decks, from $750 per hour on weekdays, or Barefoot Spirit for up to 200 across three covered decks, from $900 per hour on weekdays for up to 70 guests and $1,300 for up to 200, plus the owner's wharf, BYO and sound system fees. Regal II takes up to 70 from $600 per hour and Royale up to 160 from $700 per hour, both between April and September, plus the owner's crew, wharf and BYO fees. Harbour transfers between venues. Moving a conference or a function from one harbourside venue to the next by water, everyone together. Regal II takes up to 110 on a water transfer, from $2,500, and Royale up to 220, from $3,000, each for up to 1.5 hours with the wharf fee and staff included.
The one distinction that does matter
Private versus shared. Everything on this page is private. Your company has the vessel to itself, there is no seat allocation, and there is nobody else's function on the other deck. When you are hosting clients that is not a nice-to-have, and it is the reason the price is quoted for the vessel rather than per person.

From a straightforward beer and wine package through to the full bar on Ghost 2, with a non-alcoholic option that is not an afterthought. Several vessels carry a fridge, a freezer and eskies already.
The Team Building Regatta
The team split across a fleet of yachts and raced, with an experienced skipper on every boat and a safety briefing first. The one product here priced per person rather than per hour.
BYO And The BBQ
Mayfair takes catering, a drinks package or BYO where permitted, and its crew can cook a BBQ on board. The catamaran carries a large BBQ with a kitchen and two large eskies behind it, and on Barefoot Blue and Barefoot Spirit the captain cooks. MV Maddison, Regal II and Royale take BYO for the owner's BYO fee (on Royale, only under 100 guests).

Every corporate charter ends up wanting one, usually with the Bridge behind it, and usually organised badly at the last minute. Say so at booking and the skipper positions the boat for it.

Coach transfers as well.
The boat leaves at a fixed time and your people are still in a meeting. That gap is where corporate charters go wrong, and it is the part almost no charter operator can help with, because they do not own anything with wheels. A vessel does not wait, and forty people finding their own way to a wharf at 11:45 on a Wednesday is the single most reliable way to lose the first half hour you paid for.
